Help!
If you're having problems getting this interface to work then maybe this section will be of help to you.
The most frequently asked questions relate to the installation of software. The SuperCD interface
is written in HTML and should be viewed through a browser. At the moment the interface only works with Internet
Explorer 3 and 4 which can be installed from this CD. If you do not wish to install Microsoft's browser there
is a precompiled version of the CD Interface that will run on any PC.
How to Install Software
To install software click on the Install button in the appropriate section
of the CD. Software can be installed from nearly all of the sections of the SuperCD.
An example of the install button is shown below.
NEXT If you are using Internet Explorer a File Download Box will display on the screen similar to the one shown below. This dialog box asks you "What would you like to do with this file ?".

You are given two options. Run this file from its current
location OR save this program to disk. You need to click the
Radio Button next to "Run this software from its current location"
and then click OK.
If you are using the very latest version of IE3 or IE4,
you will also find you receive a security warning
when you open a file. This should simply be OK'd.
Because other browsers (including Netscape) do not offer the option to open (execute) a file and simply try to
download it, they will not be able to use the interface correctly. In this case, either install Internet
Explorer or use the executable version of the interface.
Technical Support Interface
In the unlikely event that you are still experiencing problems installing
software from this CD, Future Publishing offers a technical support line to
